The Masonic and Military Order of the Red Cross of Constantine and the Orders of the Holy Sepulchre and of St. John the Evangelist meets in eight Conclaves around the Division of Devon and Cornwall and is open to Christian Freemasons who are also members of the Holy Royal Arch degree.
